Homes are selling within 2 weeks of listing

I am thrilled to report that in some segments of our Real Estate market the news is getting better. My Team Members and I have noticed increased buying demand since the end of December 2007. In many cases our houses are selling within a few weeks after we list them.
It seemed like you couldn’t give real estate away for most of 2007. Now you can
“Giving the property away” is often how Sellers feel about it, and Buyers are excited to “steal the house”.

Fort Myers is a great place to live and work. Our skies are usually sunny and because we are close to the coast, there is generally a nice breeze. That is not to say we would want to live without air conditioning in the summer!

We have a good school system with several excellent private schools for those who choose that route. We have 2 public colleges/universities- Edison College which is now a 4 year institution and Florida Gulf Coast University.
