Homes are selling within 2 weeks of listing
I am thrilled to report that in some segments of our Real Estate market the news is getting better. My Team Members and I have noticed increased buying demand since the end of December 2007. In many cases our houses are selling within a few weeks after we list them.
It seemed like you couldn’t give real estate away for most of 2007. Now you can 
“Giving the property away” is often how Sellers feel about it, and Buyers are excited to “steal the house”.
Bottom line is that properties are moving at a very good rate as long as the Seller and their agent price it properly and promote it well.
We advertise our houses in several US and European magazines. However, most of our responses from Buyers come from our 45 different US internet ads and our 10 European internet ads.
A tremendous amout of pennned-up desire to invest in Florida Real Estate is bursting the “dead market” dam. The result is a flood of qualified investors taking advantage of what is sure to be the early stages of a new wave of investment in FloridaReal Estate.
